With the rapid development of society,the social pressure faced by individuals is gradually increasing,and how to achieve better adaptation to society has become one of the mainstream issues of concern.For this special group of secondary vocational students,they are learning the"losers" because,often there will be a greater pressure and adaptability problems(Yu Fang,2015),in this form,the cultivation of vocational students to form a good personality to actively help reduce the pressure,there is the key to adapt to the society the meaning of.Therefore,this study attempts to family environment and parental rearing style based on the perspective of exploring the relationship between family environment and vocational school students,parenting style and positive personality,so as to provide some guidance to improve the quality of vocational students personality.This study used a questionnaire survey method,the "positive personality scale(children Edition)","parenting style scale(EMBU)","family environment scale Chinese Version(FES-CV)" as a research tool,302 students in Vocational Students' positive personality quality,parenting style and family environment were investigated,and the survey data of the corresponding statistical analysis.The results show that:(1)the overall situation of Vocational Students' positive personality traits,gratitude and appreciation of the best quality,leadership and insight into the quality of the most backward;(2)secondary vocational students' positive personality traits in gender,grade,whether from only child has certain difference,and for positive personality development girls,the second grade,the non only child,the town of secondary vocational school students are better than boys,the first grade,the only child and the rural secondary vocational school students;(3)there is a positive correlation between the degree of intimacy,emotional expression,independence,success,culture,entertainment.morals and organization the family environnment and vocational students' positive personality traits,but there is a significant negative correlation between contradiction and control of family environment and vocational students' positive personality traits.Moreover,the family environment has a significant predictive effect on the positive personality quality of secondary vocational school students;(4)the parenting style of secondary vocational school students plays a partial mediating role in the impact of family environment on the positive personality quality.Based on the results of this study,it can provide theoretical guidance for training secondary vocational students to form a better positive personality quality.
