people’s ways of thinking, habits and customs are affected in a subtle change.Together with the emergence of new media is pervasive among people’s life, the rapid development of the social people from all walks of life to bring pressure increasing,in puberty vocational high school students is no exception, which is associated with the increasing of the deviation behavior problems,in scope and extent of relative age more common ordinary high school students are more serious, which has attracted widespread attention.High school in adolescence, also is in a confused period.Their world outlook, values, consumption, and so on contrary to reality survival environment, self judgment and control easily influenced by environment.During the period at the same time as the physiological period, psychological in the various changes, thus easy to produce various behavioral deviation.Happened to the school-age adolescents in violation of social norms set by the behavior, its behavior is regarded as deviant behavior.Among high school students in China, including vocational high school the student group, due to the teaching content, management system are different from ordinary high school students, it is easier to scope broad, deep degree the occurrence of all kinds of deviant behavior.Although most of the vocational high school students occur without serious deviation behavior developing into a criminal offence to violate the law, but not give timely intervention to correct the longer it will affect social harmony and stability.Social work professional service activities is to use scientific and reasonable method, fusion values of altruism.School social work is the existence of certain people at school into social work in the environment, help the school high efficiency high quality to achieve its education goal.Aiming at the existing deviation behavior of school students in a more scientific, more human intervention.Social workers and teachers’ goal is to help students to fully develop their social, emotional and intellectual ability train students there is sense of responsibility.the desire to do better. positive energy.Vocational high school students are is in adolescenLstudents, due to the particularity of body and mind development need schools, parents and society more and more attention and care.The deviant behavior is what happens to all kinds of influence all aspects of their healthy development, and indirectly affect social harmony and stability of potential development.If the school social work can not be timely and effective help, support and guide the students give deviation behavior, treatment, and will give students, family, school and social harm.Aiming at vocational high school students commonly occurring deviation behavior, from the perspective of school social work intervention through literature analysis, interview method, participatory observation, analysis of case study method to explore definition, the reasons for deviation behavior, characteristics, etc.In understanding, on the basis of existing intervention strategies, refining the advantages of interventional method on the basis of the theory of ecosystem intervention programme for vocational high school students, the students and of the environment around the system as a unified whole, to build with students as the core of all-round social support system.This article main body is divided into four parts.The first part of the introduction expounds the social background, the research topic research significance of this topic is, the current situation of domestic and foreign related research results and this paper use the research methods and related concepts defined.What performance deviation behavior of vocational high school students in the second part, the specific characteristics of theory combined with the actual description, and according to the contrast analysis and related report with value deviation behavior of the difference between ordinary high school students of puberty.The third part from the two aspects of students’individual factors and external factors to induce vocational high school students, this paper analyzes the factors which produce deviation behavior, inductive.Fourth part how to correct the deviation of vocational high school students behavior by using the theory of ecosystem of school social work intervention counseling were discussed, and further introduce what is a ecological system theory, how to make the theory has been applied in the school social work services,applied to special service object of vocational high school students on how to expand intervention, intervention steps between each system how efforts, to correct the deviation behavior contribution of vocational high school students.Each system cooperate with each other, and actively construct the correct deviation behavior of vocational high school students of multi-level and multi-channel social support network.
