| Social status in the class groups can not only the quality of interpersonal relationships, children will also have a profound influence on the progress of social in the future. Research shows that, from the social status, “marginalized childrenâ€two categories, including child being rejected and neglected children.“Marginalized childrenâ€, the main root cause lies in the lack of social skills. Due to social skills defects of self-cognition, be "marginalized" in the peer interaction. And social skills acquisition is the key to young children out of the state of "marginalization".Molecular model theory, basic skills from the function can be divided into expression, feeling and three types of control, and on the two level(emotional communication and verbal communication).Thus formed the social skills of six components: emotional expression skills, emotional feelings, emotional control skills and verbal expression skills, language skills and speech control. So, social skills training can from these six aspects.Guidance is through the influence of group dynamics and the unique value of the play, in groups, with the game as the medium of a kind of education way. Group play guidance is an effective way to promote the development of children’s social skills. Therefore, this research group play guidance to promote the learning of " marginalized children " social skills, and improve their social status.This study in Hunan province government departments directly under the second kindergarten, from the big swing shift of floor purpose sampling, through the peer nomination method, selected 42 neglected and rejected infants, randomly divided into large and middle shift the experimental group and the control group. Large and middle shift group for three months group counseling training game, the control group accepted routine education training mode.Effect through inspection according to the social skills of molecular structure model of the revised "children’s social skill scale". The results show that:1. Group play guidance training can significantly improve the overall level of children’s social skills, and the group play can obviously improve the overall level of social skills of the "marginal children".2.The effect of group play guidance has a great difference in the social skills and the emotional social skills of the "marginal children". The effect of verbal social skills is remarkable, but the effect of emotional social skills is not significant.3. There is no age difference in the effect of group play guidance about social skill training.At last, the research could be improved by multi-angle and multi-level training,Meanwhile,the research could use other measuring tools and skills to assess the effect of social skills, improving the ecological effect of experiment. |
