Role play is a typical activity in children’s game, it’s the important way to preschool education. Teachers’ guiding can help children develop in the role play. This study chose 2 middle shift about 70 young children and four teachers of a kindergarten in Dalian.This research mainly studies that the present situation of teacher’s guiding and how to salve the problems in the guiding during the beginning stage, the climax stage and the end stage.During the observing in role play, many problems were found in teacher’s guiding. First of all, observing time is not enough. Next, ignoring the children is the main part of role play. Thirdly, directing appearance seriously and teachers are not join in the game. Fourthly, observing lack and knowing little for children’s behavior. Fifthly, the teachers can’t take the role well. At last, the teachers remark lack depth.So the researchers offer following suggestions:improving the quality of observation;choosing the appropriate time to direct and guide of;reducing the excessive intervention of teacher’s;respecting the willing of the children;Holding good evaluation links and improving children’s game experience;rethinking the activity in the game.
