On The Optimization Of Relief System Of Poor Students In West Anhui University

This group called poor college students is generated in 1993 after the full implementation of China’s higher education tuition system. Then the cost-sharing system of higher education in China has begun to implement. Colleges and universities continue to expand enrollment.The number of poor College students is increasing.All these form a special group of impoverished.The question of the poor students of influences national stability and social development.Now it has become an issue of concern of the whole society,Affecting national universities all sectors of society. To this end, the government and universities have taken a series of measures in China,which has gradually formed a rescue system where student loans,grants,scholarships,work-study,tuition assistance and relief and temporary green channel"poor college students as the main. The implementation of this system is running effectively to solve the problem of pove rty university,and has played very important role ineasing the lot of poor college students’pressure because of family financial difficulties and can not continue to go to school. But with the development of society, rising coll ege tuition,and poor college students need for self-development, the rescue system em erges some new problems in the actual operation.In this paper,we carry out empirical analysis about the operation of poor college students aid system in West Anhui University, which found the problems in its operation and propose optimization solutions to the problems of poverty relief of the West Anhui University Students and nationwide poor college,Hoping there are some reference and inspiration.This paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter introduces the background and significance of poor college students in the system, object of study, research methods, theoretical review, research framework and research specialties.The second chapter is mainly on the relief system of poor students in university to carry on the analysis, the first is a basic overview of the aid system for poor students in Colleges and universities in China, followed by the poor undergraduate students in Colleges and universities in China to analyze the current situation of the implementation of relief system.The third chapter is mainly on the empirical analysis of the operation of the system in West Anhui University poor college students, the impoverished West Anhui University Students relief system problems arise in the operation. The fourth chapter analyzes the results combined with previous chapters optimization Countermeasures by West Anhui University poor college stude nts in the system. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
