Teaching skills are important parts of teacher’s education work, and the key totransformteaching theory into teaching practice. Teaching skill training degreelevelwill directly affect the teaching activities and the quality of personnel training.Microteaching, as the main way of training students’ teaching skills originated in the United States, was introduced into China mainland in the 80 s. Due to the the sophistication and effectivenessof the microteaching, it caused the attention of the whole educational worldcircles. And ithad been widely applied to the teaching process, the practice research and analysis on the teacher’s teaching. In more than 40 years, microteachinghas been developing and perfecting as a teacher training method, and has formed a certain teaching mode in the long-term teaching practice and research. Through literature analysis, our predecessors proposed the micro-standard training modes or micro-standard training contents to adapt to different historical background.However, the present situation inour country isexperiencing expecteda foundation education course reform, the importance of teaching methods increasingly apparent in the process of the new curriculum reform. Autonomous learning, cooperative learning as a new learning method is put forward. How to make one of the important leading army in the curriculum reform- reading students in teachers colleges with the new curriculum become a problem that we need to solve on currently. I complies with curriculum reform, introducing autonomous learning, cooperative learning strategy to microteaching course of Sichuan Normal University college of life, preliminary build "presenting learning goals, students’ self-study self-inspection, scientific and reasonable grouping, showing cooperation results, feedback and evaluation, team teaching reflection" the countermeasure process, Combined with case study, and using the MSLQ motivated strategies for learning questionnaire surveys, I review the research preliminary improve students’ study ability. This studyresearchprovide certain reference significance for reaching the microteaching course objectives. This paper mainly includes the following four parts:The first part, I put forward the research background of based on autonomy- cooperative learning the microteaching curriculum from the reality and the time request.On the one hand,I desire the research could solve the problem of low enthusiasm in microteaching, and negative acceptance in ethical knowledge; On the other hand, putting the training content into the training methods to strengthen the promotion of independent, cooperative learning way.The second part, I want discuss the interpretate of microteaching curriculum objective, position, and the training content. At the same time discusses the essence of autonomous learning and cooperative learning, operation process and teaching strategy, based on "autonomy- cooperative learning" to guide the establishment of the microteaching courses, choose corresponding training courses to achieve goals.The third part, combined with the specific case in biology, display based on " autonomy – cooperative learning" the microteaching courses. Using MSLQ motivated strategies for learning questionnaire to pretest of curriculum implementation object: separate the students into the parallel categories: experimental group and control group. For experimental group and control group respectively learn with based on the " autonomy- cooperative learning " microteaching courses training courses, and the original microteaching courses.The fourth part, using the MSLQ motivated strategies for learning questionnaire was carried out on the experimental group and control group, after the test to evaluate ability of experimental group and control group in learning. At the same time, using the case method of the paper evaluate the based on " autonomy – cooperative learning " practical experimental curriculum.
