Independent studies have always been an important topic in education research. Learners to achieve their own learning both inside and outside the classroom, "self-responsibility, self-directed, self-motivation, self-monitoring", which greatly improve the learning efficiency was highly favored by the people, is considered the world's most notable learning one. However, in the field of basic education, especially for training language learning ability of middle school students has not been enough attention from researchers. Given the scope of this subject is too broad, I narrow the scope of this piece caught before class to study how to train junior high school language learning ability. Therefore, this study content from the independent study, the characteristics of the time frame before class, middle school students learning, psychological and academic characteristics of language teaching as a starting point, the self-learning and the organic integration of language teaching junior high school, from the perspective of theory to guide practice how to train middle school students study the language ability of independent study, More successful in accordance with the existing language teaching, explore some simple self-learning class before teaching to junior high school language teachers for the majority of the implementation of effective classroom teaching to provide a reference for, and ultimately the effectiveness of language teaching is maximized.
