The new curriculum reform stresses the importance of the basic idea that high school students should be encouraged to promote the reform of the learning mode, to participate in the learning process actively and to cultivate their ability to acquire new knowledge and to communicate and cooperate. biology textbooks of High school requires in each chapter examination that students should learn to build the structure of knowledge in the form of "concept map", and gradually implement the new curriculum reform by changing the traditional rote learning methods in this way. As for the practical study of biology, the difficult situation is that students cannot remember the scattered basic knowledge accurately. So the system of biology cannot be built as the knowledge cannot be related in a proper way. Based on the situation mentioned above, this topic is proposed.According to the theory of the "concept map", after the research of "internal environment and homeostasis" in Book 3(required) of high school biology textbooks, I would first select the appropriate content suitable for the "concept map strategy", and then put in practice the "concept map strategy" in such aspects as the "teaching" of the teachers, the "learning" of the students, and the teaching evaluation. Among them, the "teaching" of the teachers mainly include the preparation of the teaching content, and the application of the " concept map strategy " in teaching design; the " learning " of the students mainly include the study of new knowledge, the review of knowledge learned previously, and the application of "concept map strategy" in paper commentary; the practice of "concept map strategy" in teaching evaluation has been run through both the "teaching" of the teachers and the " learning " of the students.During the teaching practice, two classes were selected as the experimental group and the control group. After a semester of practice, by analyzing the students’ interviews and test results of the two groups before and after the practice of "the application of concept map strategy", the application of "concept map strategy" makes students feel it easier to learn biology, and change their way of learning; with the improvement of the grades, students can have more confidence in learning biology; with a more specific target, teachers can be better targeted in teaching. Overall, the effectiveness of teaching is improved.Of course, there are many shortcomings in practice. For example, the research is not designed for a range of different students, there is no detailed strategies and it is not for everyone; time is not long enough, the number of students is not large, and the data of experiment are also not carefully dealt with. In the after-teaching, I should seriously consider how to conduct a better strategy of "concept map", which is helpful to enhance the effectiveness of teaching.
