The aims of this study is to explore the relationship among parenting style 、Machiavellianism and learning adjustment of pupils, to provide some guidances for parents and educators in the process of raising and educating children and guide the improvement of the pupils’ learning adjustment and moral level. The finally aims of this research is to promote the adjustment of the pupil’s learning time and built the correct outlook on life,values and world outlook. Also can promote to built better interpersonal trust among pupils, the more correct realization human nature and supporting theoretical support of moral education of the pupils in the transitional period. The study used Parental Bonding Instrument(PBI) 、 Children’s learning adaptability scale(I) and Kiddie Mach Scale to examine 500 pupils and conducted statistical analysis by means of SPSS For Windows 18.0. The paper not only analyzed parenting style 、 Machiavellianism and learningadjustment of pupils on population variables,but also explored the relation among parenting style, Machiavellianism and learning adjustment.And at the same time,discussed the effect of parenting style,Machiavellianism to learning adjustment.Here are the conclusions:1.In the aspect of the parenting style,the parents of pupils usually use the way of caring and independ style It showed significant difference in caring aspect, and also showed significant difference in caring 、spoil(achild) and independ to the children between parents.2.In the aspect of the learning adjustment,it showed meddle-high level on children’s learning adjustment, and showed significant difference in Gender 、Hometown、singleton and parents’ divorce.3.In the aspect of the Machiavellianism, the pupils was in the middle level of Machiavellian. It showed no difference in gender scale, but in the aspect of “lack the faith of human nature” 、 “singleton” and between grades it showed significant difference.4.The result of linear regression: caring showed positivelypredict to the learningadjustment,and spoil(achild) 、 lack the faith of human nature showed negative prediction to the learning adjustment;caring and distrust showed positivelypredict to the body adjustment,and the spoil(achild) 、 lack the faith of human nature showed negative prediction to the body adjustment;caring showed positively predict to the living adjustment,and spoil(achild) and lack the faith of human nature showed negative prediction to the living adjustment;caring showed positively predict to the study adjustment,and the spoil(achild) and lack the faith of human nature showed negative prediction to the study adjustment.5.The result of correlationanalysis: caring and autonomy in PBI showed positive correlation to the total learning adjustment,and the unsympathetic witness and spoil(achild) showed the opposite correlation; lack the faith of human natureand dishonesty showed significant negative correlation to the total learning adjustment;dishonesty showed significant positive correlation to the body adjustment,the total KMS showed significant negative correlation to the body 、study and total learning adjustment;it showed negative correlation to the caring and autonomy;distrust showed positive correlation to the unsympathetic witness of PBI;lack the faith of human nature showed positive correlation to the caring of PBI,but it showed negative correlation to the unsympathetic witness of PBI;dishonesty showed nothing correlation with PBI.6. The mediating effect showed that, the three determinants of caring 、indifferent and spoil(achild) in PBI showed mediating effect in Machiavellianism and learning adjustment.
