In language teaching,education workers are from the previous studies in teaching method to the various factors that affect learner’s English language learning.Among them,there is no doubt that the learner’s emontional factors is one of the important factors lead to differences in English learning,and the biggest emotional disorders—anxiety has been paid more attention in language learning.Considering the importance of English learning anxiety in primary school,and the fact that lacking in research of English lerarning anxiety. at the present,the author will try to make a research on teaching factors.Combining the reality of own practice teaching and the present situation investigation,it is concluded that the reasons and make relevant recommendations. Generally,primary school from grade three began to learn English,and the period of English learning is limited,so the elementary school higher grades are my paper positioning group(including in the 5th and 6th students).The thesis has the following parts:The chapter one,also the exordium,which introduces the background of the issue and the related concepts.According to some literature both here and abroad,the author puts forward the feasibility and necessity of research on above issue.In chapter two,the author makes an investigation and analysis of current situation about English learning anxiety in 5th and 6th graders.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data from several on the job English teachers with Changsha area and students,then the author sums up and conclude current situation about English learning anxiety in 5th and 6th graders.In chapter three,the author primarily analyzes causes of this issue.On the one hand,there are subjective factors: learners’ knowledge and ability、English learners’ personal characteristic、sense of competition and so on.On the other hand,there are objective factors:language learning situation,improper way of teaching、evaluation and feedback mechanism.Chapter four presents effective teaching strategies in English learning anxiety,this is also a key part of the whole thesis.Based on these and other current findings,the author is brings a number of ideas including:creat a good language environment、explore effective teaching methods and optimize teaching assessment.
