“Chinese course standard of full-time compulsory education” refer to a question about “development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources” It is an important problem in the new round of the national basic education in Chinese curriculum reform. “The Chinese curriculum resources” has included “the Chinese teacher curriculum resources.” The question about development and utilization of Chinese teacher curriculum resources is a very important part in development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources. And it is to ensure that the Chinese teaching effect has been to maximize.Based on this situation. This paper takes the junior middle school Chinese teachers as the research object. We used literature research method, questionnaire survey method, Interview method to demonstrate the importance of the Chinese teacher resources.The first chapter is the connotation and extension of the Chinese teacher resources. Teacher’s inner quality and teachers’ knowledge, teachers’ skill, teachers’ affection and teachers’ idea take a very important part in Chinese teacher resources.The second part is about the present situation of the development and utilization of the resources of the teacher questionnaire analysis. From the following three parts: The Chinese teacher understanding of the new curriculum, Chinese teachers use teaching method, The students think that the most important Chinese teachers teaching quality.We can understand the cognition of the Chinese curriculum resources division and development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources. I thought deeply about the reason why Chinese teachers are not good at developing resources. First, Chinese teachers are lack of curriculum development consciousness, Second, The teacher is too dependent on teaching materials, Third, The concept of curriculum resources did not form a comprehensive understanding, Forth, Approaches to the development of curriculum resources is relatively small, At last, Teachers do not attach importance to the development of student resources.The third chapter is about the integration of the Chinese teacher resources and teaching materials resources, Local resources, student resources.The last chapter is based on the previous text and put forward the development and utilization of curriculum resources strategy, Development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources cannot do without the teacher’s own efforts, also cannot do without the support of the social environment. The teachers should establish a strong sense of curriculum development, cultivate the ability to observe the surroundings, rich knowledge system, improve the professional quality, actively carry out cooperation, use all the resources. The teachers also should have conscious to broaden the presupposition of curriculum resources in preparing lessons focus on classroom generative curriculum resources storage the accumulation of teaching after the course resources have conscious mining and arrangement of teaching resources, cultivate the ability to implement teaching plan. At last, teachers must be good at controlling class. The Chinese teacher of the curriculum resources and Chinese teaching practice should be closely together, in order to produce the maximum teaching effect.
