With the progression of the basic education reformation,curriculum resources become an important concept in the field of the education theory and practice.Exploitation and utilization of the Chinese curriculum resources became a hot issue.When the practice and researching on Chinese curriculum resources exploitation become normality from the upsurge gradually,we survey the problems about the Chinese curriculum resources exploitation and factors which hide to exploit the Chinese curriculum resources,the factor of the Chinese teachers is on our eyes.A Chinese teacher,doubtlessly,how to exploit curriculum resources and what curriculum resources to exploit have direct effects on realizing chinese teaching objectives.So,in order to make curriculum resources exploitation develop towards the expected direction,improving the abilities of Chinese teachers'curriculum exploitation is the key.What is the current development situations of the Chinese teachers curriculum resources abilities ? What predicaments in the progress of development? What approaches are useful to improve the Chinese teachers curriculum resources exploitation abilities?The text spreads out exposition based on the problems above.The text has two chapters:in the first chapter,the text mainly defines some basic concepts,summarizes the basic contents of the Chinese teachers curriculum resources exploitation abilities and analyzes the current situations and problems of the development of the Chinese teachers'curriculum resources abilities according to the questionnaire investigation for the belowing discussion;in the second chapter,the text provides approaches of improving Chinese teacher s' curriculum resources exploitation abilities approaches from the three aspects of 'parole education' 'cultural dissemination'and 'information literacy',in order to break the predicaments of the development of Chinese teachers'curriculum resources abilities.
