With the startup of the New Curriculum Reform of Basic Education in our country, the importance ofthe curriculum resources presents out increasingly. No extensive support of curriculum resources, the finecurriculum reform conceive also can hardly become the actual education result of the primary and juniorhigh school. The abundance and relevance degree of the curriculum resources decide the scope and levelsto carry out of the course target. The exploitation and utilization of the curriculum resources is not only thebottleneck that new curriculum can promote smoothly, but also the joint of the teachers' growth anddevelopment, an actuality and valid paths that the teachers develop by ones' own. By the case study of aexcellent rural teacher acquiring the growth and development in the exploitation and utilization of thecurriculum resources and the inquisition analysis of other schools developing curriculum resources, thisdissertation has inquired into the influence factor of the village teacher developing curriculum resources,has analyzed the rural teacher's development in the exploitation of the curriculum resources, hasinvestigated the rural teacher's strategy of the developing curriculum resources on this foundation. Hopesthat provides the reference of theories and practice for the large village teacher to carry on developing thecurriculum resources.This dissertation consists of six parts:Part one is a preface. We set forth mainly about the research background, methods of thisdissertation and the putting forward of the problem.Part two is the theories foundation of this dissertation.Part three is the case analysis of the rural teacher participating the curriculum resources'development, including the research object's basic circumstance and the record and analysisof interview.Part four is the rural teacher's development in the course resources' exploitation.Including exaltation of right for teachers' self-regulation, advancement of the specialityability, createment of the collegiality teachers' cultrue and createment of democracyrelationship between teachers and students, etc.Part five is thinking of the analysis and the strategy about the rural teacher's developmentin the curriculum resource's exploitation. Including Analyzed the realistic possibility that leadand promote the rural teacher to participate the curriculum resource's exploitation and oneselffactor that influence the rural teacher to participate the curriculum resource's exploitation,elaborated the process and the procedures request of the rural teacher to participate thecurriculum resource's exploitation, put forward the new mechanism construction to enhancethe rural teacher the curriculum resource's exploitation ability.
