Core stability training is applied in swimming, gymnastics, track andfield, wushu, canoeing, such as in sports, and its body, skills training research is more,the combination of application in the volleyball movement of body, skills training ofrelated research is less. In this paper, using the method of documentary, expert interview,questionnaire survey method, experimental method of core stability training combinedwith the volleyball frontal spiking technique, explore the core stability training effect onthe air of the volleyball frontal spiking action. Experimental method, the selection oftaishan college20is the volleyball elective subjects, and divided into experimentalgroup and control group, the12-week training, group training, the stability of the corecontrol for regular training. After12weeks after the experiment, the researchconclusions and recommendations are as follows:1. The group’s core stability and core power has significantly increased, the controlcore stability and core power there was no significant increase.2. Study time is shorter, the level of the subjects is limited, if the research can gofurther, the effect is more telling, more reference value.2.
