| Research objective: To promote the performance of Xi ’an No.83 Middle School men’s volleyball team, this paper explores the influence of trunk support strength on the posture control ability and spiking effect of young volleyball players.Research objects and methods: This paper takes 18 members of the men’s volleyball team of No.83 Middle School in Xi ’an as experimental objects, and takes the data changes of the influence of trunk pillar strength training on the posture control ability and spiking effect of young male volleyball players as research objects. The main research methods used in this paper are literature, expert interview and experiment. The research results:1.In the first stage, the experimental group and the control group had significantly improved the results of grade 8 tilt bridge, grade 5 side bridge, grade 6 tilt bridge and SEBT test compared with the previous test(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in T-W running test(P > 0.05).In the experimental group, the straight and diagonal spike scores and relative speed were significantly increased(P < 0.05).In the control group, the score of straight and diagonal spike and the relative speed of straight spike were significantly increased(P < 0.05),while the relative speed of diagonal spike had no significant change(P > 0.05).The error rate of the experimental group was significantly reduced(P < 0.05),while that of the control group was not significantly changed(P > 0.05).2.In the comparison between the two groups in the first stage, the improvement level of other indicators in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, except for the indicators of eight-level bending bridge,W word running, straight and diagonal spike error rate(P < 0.05).3.In the second stage, the eight grade tilt bridge, six grade tilt bridge,T-W running and SEBT of the experimental group and the control group were significantly increased(P < 0.05).In the experimental group, the fifth grade lateral bridge on the right side was significantly improved(P < 0.05),but the left side bridge was not significantly improved(P > 0.05).In the control group, both sides were significantly improved(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in the error rate of spike effect between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),and the other indexes were significantly increased(P < 0.05).4.In the second stage, comparison between the two groups showed that the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)in terms of the scores of the eight-level overhead bridge, the five-level side bridge on the right side, the W-line run,SEBT,straight and diagonal spike and the relative spike speed(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the improvement of other indicators between the two groups(P > 0.05).Research conclusion:1.Both trunk strut strength training and traditional strength training can improve posture control ability, but trunk strut strength training has more advantages. The training of trunk pillar strength is better than the traditional strength training in promoting the symmetrical development of the young male volleyball players.2.The improvement of postural control ability of young male volleyball players in right-angle movement and small-angle movement requires a longer training effect than the traditional 8 weeks.3.The strength training of the trunk strut in the steady state has a better effect on the posture control of the moving at right angles, while the strength training of the trunk strut in the non-steady state has a better effect on the posture control of the moving at small angles. The traditional strength training method is not effective in improving the attitude control ability in these two conditions.4.Both training methods can improve the spiking effect to a certain extent. However, the trunk pillar strength has more advantages in spiking line control and relative speed improvement.5.Trunk pillar strength training can control the error rate within a certain range and cannot completely eliminate the error, mainly because of the technical and physical quality improvement limits of young male volleyball players, while traditional strength training can not play a better role in reducing the error rate... |
