In current era of rapid development of modern educational information technology, ‘micro-lesson’ has become a novel kind of education resourse, research on which are in full swing at home and abroad.At present, application prospects and development platforms are well developing in China,while how to apply micro-lesson in the specific discipline really will be a trend of research on micro-lesson.Fundamental theory and experiment are the major content of junior chemistry course, which are numerous and fragmented for students just learning chemistry. For example, it is quite difficult to learn the knowledge of the microscopic world of atoms, molecules, ions. According to the survey, most students show low initiative and enthusiasm of classroom teaching, and lack interest in learning chemistry because of the fast teaching progress at present. However, The micro-lesson attracts educators’ attentions for its significant advantages of dapper style, strong direction and explicit target. This paper aims to apply advantages of micro-lesson in junior chemistry, proposes a effective mode combining micro-lesson and learning guide and solves problems in present junior chemistry teaching.This paper maily adopts methods of questionnaire and case study to understand the learning situation of chemistry knowledge and the needs of micro-lesson of middle school students. Aimed at the main problem in these situations, an effective mode combining micro-lesson and learning guide is proposed simultaneously. Moreover, the thesis designs and applies different typical cases of corresponding module knowledge, in order to study changes of students towards to the emotional attitude and master degree of knowledge of the learning of chemistry knowledge in the situation of new teaching resourses and modes. This research reveals that:(1) the novel mode combining micro-lesson and learning guide increases the autonomy of students towards to chemistry learning, and motivates them to generate great interest in new teaching resourses of micro-lesson;(2)according to the comparation among different implementation effects of the micro-lesson learning of the chemistry knowledge, the implementation effect of the micro-lesson learning of the chemistry skills module is perfect;(3) micro-lesson can disperse knowledge difficulties effectively, making a high acceptance of students.This paper plently combines the characteristics of micro-lesson and chemistry discipline, applies micro-lesson in chemistry course of middle high school, formulates design framework table of micro-lesson and learning guide combined efficienttly in the mode integrateing micro-lesson and learning guide, and concludes the respective strategies and benefits of the mode. Finally, it provides corresponding recommendations of the micro-lesson design of different chemistry learning modules according to students’ feedback, and conducts a novel and significant attempt of the applications of micro-lesson in specific disciplines.
