Lifelong learning requires students to adapt to the development of the society,and learn to learn. Subjectivity education treat students as the main body of learning, and it also cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability to achieve the study requirements. In this paper, it studies and explores students’ autonomous learning abilities and learning efficiencies of chemistry learning by competitive experiment on the basis of theoretical study.The first chapter is preface. It mainly introduces the reason why I do this study, the general situation of autonomous learning study at home and abroad, research content and significance, and the methods for the study.The second chapter is the study of the theory of the autonomous learning. First of all,define the concept of autonomous learning. This paper introduces autonomy and guide teaching mode; Secondly, it introduces the characteristics and theoretical basis of autonomy and guide teaching mode.The third chapter is to understand the present chemistry autonomous learning ability of the junior middle school students. It also investigates the research object by using the questionnaire survey and the interview, and does some statistical analysis to get the survey revelation.The fourth chapter is about the experiment research and case analysis of autonomy and guide teaching mod. First it introduces the research object and purpose; then it expounds the concrete implementation process of the experiment research; finally it analyzes different chemical knowledge through the study of the teaching cases.The fifth chapter is the analysis of experimental research effect. Measure the test scores and do statistical analysis of students’ autonomous learning abilities through the questionnaire,then get the experimental conclusion. Do self reflection on the experimental research, and put forward some suggestions for future study.Studies have shown that autonomy and guide teaching model can stimulate the initiativeof chemistry learning, improve students’ autonomous learning abilities, and enhance learning effects. Though this study has its own flaws and the insufficiencies, I still hope it will help me to innovate teaching method. I’ll always strive for better education in the future teaching.
