Applications Of Two-dimensional Code Technology In College Management

As the national training base with the special duty and mission given by Building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics colleges are responsible for cultivating excellent talents for the state and society. “Invigorating China through Science and Education” is the national strategy and basic state policy, therefore the colleges should pay attention to the new technology of the Internet in our country. College management system in China is divided into different fields: teaching management, student affair management, scientific research management, teacher management, asset management etc. It has achieved considerable development over several decades, but there exists some problems as well.The two-dimensional code is a milestone in the history of bar code technology, which involves many advantages such as sufficient information, good security, low cost, easy manufacture, high decoding reliability, strong damage resistance and error correction, which has been widely used in all industries and sectors. Based on the application of the two-dimensional bar code technology in different managing fields of colleges and universities, the aim of the thesis is to settle traditional management problems, and improve modern management levels.In the thesis the two-dimensional bar code technology is applied to two fields: the diploma management and multi-media teaching management. The new applications on library management, student file information management, campus security management are also offered.In this paper, the two-dimensional code identification solution for intelligent terminal equipment is studies, which based on the two-dimensional code in the recognition efficiency, information security, reliability, system stability etc. The characteristics of two-dimensional code identification solutions is developed for intelligent terminal equipment with PHP which has carried on the system architecture, including the system overall design, module design, the core technology of the system that are analyzed. The technical difficulties are summarized and the solution is given at last.The logic and function of the two-dimensional code management platform is analyzed. Encoding and decoding of two-dimensional code technology has carried on the detailed analysis and applied to the development of intelligent terminal system. It can achieve generation and recognition function of two-dimensional code symbol. At the same time it points out the problems in the management of colleges and universities. It also describes how to solve the problems by introducing the two-dimensional code technology to the management of colleges. Finally it has been used in the multimedia management and diploma management. All the information can be read by intelligent terminal device. The two-dimensional code technology has been applied to the management of colleges and universities. At the same time a number of problems and its solutions in the development process are discussed in the thesis.
