The Research On Cultivating College Students' Rule Of Law Quality By The Course Of "Ideological And Moral Cultivation And Legal Basis"

The course of " Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basics "(hereinafter referred to as "basic")is an ideological and political theory course integrating ideological,political,scientific,theoretical and practical contents.This course focuses on ideological and moral education and legal education,so as to train students in the new era with good ideological and moral quality and rule of law.In the fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the party put forward the strategic goal of building a socialist country under the rule of law in an all-round way of governing the country by law,bringing the rule of law education into the national education system and enhancing the quality of the rule of law for the whole people.The nineteen report stresses that we should improve the rule of law and moral quality of the whole nation.College students are not only the main body of the propaganda and education of the rule of law,but also the key object of the rule of law education.In the "basic" course,cultivating college students' legal quality is not only the requirement of the development of the times but also the objective need of improving the overall quality of college students.Guided by the theory of Marx's doctrine,this paper,follows the logic of "problems-reasons-countermeasures",and studies the cultivation of College Students' rule of law attainment by "basic" course.First of all,this article has combed the basic theory of Cultivating College Students' rule of law in "basic" course.From the three aspects of teaching material content,teaching goal and value regulation,it clarifies the inner relationship of "basic" course to cultivate college students' rule of law accomplishment,and preliminarily determines the main objective of cultivating the rule of law of the students in "basic" course :the studying of law-to master the basic knowledge of the law,the abiding of law-to develop a rational consciousness of the rule of law,the respecting of law-to establish a belief in the rule of socialism and the usage of law-to improve the ability to use the law.Secondly,according to the status quo of "basic" course for the cultivation of college students' rule of law literacy,this article designs a questionnaire survey.Based on the overall status quo of the legal literacy of the four university students of South China University of Technology,Jinan University,Guangzhou University and Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade,the data analysis is carried out from the four aspects of the studying of law,the abiding of law,the obeying of law,and the usage of law.In addition,this paper probes into the problems existing in the cultivation of university students' rule of law in the basic course and the reasons for their problems.Thirdly,based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper puts forward the strategic orientation of Cultivating College Students' rule of law relying on the "basic" class,for example,taking the socialist core values as the guide,the ideal belief as the support,the socialist morality as the criterion and the practical teaching as the basis.Finally,this paper puts forward the main ways to cultivate the college students' rule of law in the course of "basic" course,such as improving the professional ability of the teachers to achieve the goal of legal teaching,optimizing the course content to meet the students' legal needs,optimizing the teaching methods to improve the students' legal interest and strengthening the practice teaching to enrich the students' law experience.To play a better role in the teaching of "basic" courses in cultivating college students' legal quality and moral quality.
