The government adopted some policies to attract social resources and capital into the market of higher education, the social education to share the cost of the country, so a new kind of education mode of Independent College-- has been gradually developed in our country. The development of the independent college is the marketization of higher education, is also a way to receive education in China are numerous and the limited resources of contradictions. To promote the marketization of education, resources allocation of higher education resources and the socialization is an important reason for our government to promote and encourage the development of independent college. Therefore, the Independent College of the sustained and healthy development of higher education, marketization reform, cannot do without the support of the government, the social resources and independence of the running mechanism of socialization, marketization of the rise, not completely withdraw from the support of the government role, the market itself has a profit driven, but also has higher education products the public in order to solve this problem must be supported by the government.The paper focuses on the development of independent college in support of the government. The sixth part according to the article third part carries on the corresponding analysis, put forward myown opinions.For example, the government should accelerate the legislative process to make the development of independent college and should be developed specifically for the independent college legal system; the government should increase the financial,tax preferential policies to attract more social resources into independent college education; the government to guarantee the teaching quality of independent college should increase the supervision and regulation function and so on. The sustained and rapid development with the support of the government in the independent college’s health are inseparable.
