In recent years, learning of MOOCs and Micro Class, teaching of Flipped the Class Model rapidly heat up in Chinese primary and secondary schools. In 2013,the Centre of MOOCs in East China Normal University held the first micro video grand prix, the object of this game is the teachers of primary and secondary school and the students of higher normal colleges. The first game won wide attention of education both at home and abroad.Micro video in teaching research is also become popular in recent years. Application of micro video in teaching is a relatively new way of teaching, but due to the limitation of equipment and ideas, many teachers have conflicting psychology to this way of teaching, so the application of micro video teaching in high school is not very common.For a micro knowledge accounted for the overwhelming proportion like biology of high school, using micro video has incomparable advantage.Simply by interpretation often cannot put the micro knowledge vivid present in front of the students, and is difficult to arouse the enthusiasm of students.If combinate micro video in microscopic aspects of biological teaching, not only to be able to colorful micro world, but also can inspire students’ learning desire at the same time. The biology of high school can be divided into compulsory and elective module, a compulsory module includes molecular and cellular, genetic and evolution, and steady state and environment, elective module includes biological technology, biological sciences, social practice and modern biological technology project.In the various modules, each module almost always involves microeconomic knowledge, this part of content tend to be more abstract and obscure,it is very hard for students to learn, and the learning enthusiasm is not high. If we used video at this moment, many students would have a deep impression of micro content, a good understanding of microscopic knowledge, also it can stimulate students’ interest in learning.To use micro video applicate in the biology of high school micro content teaching, the first thing you need to do is make video, namely to design micro video with the biology micro content of high school, and the micro video help the student to study the biology microscopic content of high school.The process of designing video should be analyzonge the teaching material and understanding the new standard, and it requires teachers to learn some software and perform simple operations.This paper introduces the production and processing of micro video method does not need teacher to have a thorough professional knowledge of computer, as long as the teacher can make PPT, possessing basic computer operation can learn the simple operation method, so this paper introduces the production and processing of micro video method is suitable for all subject teachers to learn.This paper starts from theory and uses the literature method.The paper analysis the students’ learning psychology and learning rule, the biological micro content of high school after carefully to study education, education psychology, biology course standard of senior high school and teaching material.The paper designed the four typical teaching design and four micro video on the basis of many books.The author also uses the interview survey, interview the teachers of Sanya No.1 middle school, learned that micro video using fewer in the high school biology teaching, and research is not much, although some teachers adopting micro video in biological teaching, also affirmed the video can stimulate students’ interest in learning, but due to they don’t know and there is no in-depth study make a video and editing video, so they seldom use video for teaching.Finally the paper made a detailed summary by the problems in practice and some reference suggestions form teachers and students.This paper will be divided into five chapters.Chapter one is introduction. The chapter will mainly introduce the sources of problem and general situation of the research of micro video in the field of teaching, research value, significance and research method of this study.Micro video is a short but good video clips, it has the characteristics of vivid.Combine it with teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate students’ability of autonomous learning, so as to improve the efficiency of learning. Chapter two will mainly introduce the theory that related concepts and theoretical. The chapter introduces the micro video, the biological of microscopic content in high school, at the same time the research designed under the guidance of dual-coding theory of Paivio, constructivism learning theory. Chapter three is the focus of this paper.It mainly introduces the design of the micro video combine with teaching based on the biological standard of high school and the high school textbook.At the same time, this chapter also introduces the principle of recording micro video and editing micro video, the software and methods of recording video and processing the original video resources. Chapter four is the application of research in practice. It mainly introduces the ways that apply the micro video to biology teaching in the high school and the partial transcript of the study. Chapter five is summary. It summarizes the the research achievements of this research and the problems of this study.
