Micro-videos have been the focus of many educational scholars in recent years.With the development of the Internet era,teaching micro-videos have undergone tremendous changes.Various teaching micro-videos have brought people different visual experiences.At the same time,education is constantly reforming and innovating.This requires teaching micro-videos to respond to the development of the times,to adapt to the changes of the times,to update the knowledge structure and logical thinking in a timely manner,to add new elements to the creation of teaching micro-videos,and to integrate micro-videos.Appropriate application of video in the teaching process can more reflect subject quality and achieve educational goals.Based on interviews and questionnaire surveys,this research understands the attitudes and opinions of frontline teachers and students on micro-video teaching,and finds new teaching strategies based on the questionnaire survey to understand students' needs and cognitive levels.Screened and sorted out micro-videos suitable for use in the PEP version of the compulsory high school biology textbook,refined the use of micro-videos in each chapter,and provided frontline teachers with a complete set of micro-video resources that can be used directly to help teachers better impart knowledge to students,Making it easier for students to understand knowledge.In this study,one parallel class and three dream-catching classes of Tengxian No.6 Middle School were selected as the research objects,and two sets of experiments were set up.Use interview method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method and observation method to conduct research.Guided by related theories,on the basis of finding suitable micro-videos through network media,analyze and summarize the use of micro-videos in teaching,and compare micro-videos Used in teaching.After the implementation of the micro-video,the students' learning attitudes were tested by means of questionnaire surveys and classroom performance records.At the same time,the students' various examination results during a semester were used for statistical analysis,and the application effects of the micro-video were comprehensively summarized.The results of the research show that the students in the experimental class have greatly improved their interest in studying biology subjects,and at the same time their academic performance has been greatly improved.Through performance analysis,the comparison of the results of the control class and the experimental class before and after the micro-video application teaching found that the students' performance in the experimental class showed an upward trend,while the control class' s performance did not improve,indicating that the implementation of micro-video can significantly improve students' learning efficiency.In summary,the application of micro-videos in biology classrooms can help students improve their academic performance.At the same time,rich teaching micro-videos open up students' knowledge horizons,and have a certain role in promoting the cultivation of students' emotional value.It is hoped that this research will provide support and help for the development of micro-video teaching.Help teachers change the traditional teaching mode,update teaching strategies,exercise the ability of micro-video production,and better impart knowledge to students.
