With the development of information technology,people gradually realize that if we can make full use of information technology and develop it,and make it applied efficiently in biology teaching activities,it will certainly play a huge role in biology teaching activities.According to this understanding and expectation,many educational and scientific researchers in the field of biology education in China are trying to make various attempts.For example,they apply information technology to daily biology teaching activities.This teaching form has been used by most classrooms and schools.How to introduce micro-video into daily biology teaching activities is one of the important research topics in this field.How to connect micro-video with biology and how to apply micro-video to high school biology experiment teaching can achieve better teaching results in biology teaching.Education departments in various regions have also carried out a series of creative activities related to Microvideo teaching of biology,and obtained a lot of excellent Microvideo teaching of biology.In order to better play the role of micro-video in biology experiment teaching in senior high school and improve students' practical operation ability and learning efficiency,the author first clarifies the specific meaning of micro-video teaching.Secondly,on the basis of referring to other researchers' research results and academic theory,the author investigates the specific application of this teaching mode.Finally,with the help of teachers and students.By comparing the results of the students' questionnaires with those of the mid-term and final examinations,the difficulties and improvement methods in the implementation of micro-video biology experiment teaching were summarized.Starting from the different links of the five experimental classes: experiment purpose and principle,experiment steps,experiment operation,matters needing attention and experiment results display and analysis,this paper summarizes and shows the concrete practice of micro-video in biology experiment teaching in senior high school,and takes some biology experiment classes in senior one and senior two,such as "Exploring the optimum concentration of auxin analogues to promote rooting of cuttings","Observation of plant cells".Taking Mitosis Experiment and Isolation and Counting of Urea-decomposing Bacteria in Soil as examples,the practical application forms ofmicro-video in biology experiment classes were comprehensively displayed.At the end of the semester,the students were surveyed by questionnaires on the application of micro-video in biology experiment and the statistical analysis of examination results were carried out to understand the application effect of micro-video in biology experiment teaching in high school.Through this research,we can further discover the practical value of micro-video for senior high school biology experiment teaching,and hope to further promote the development of senior high school biology experiment teaching,provide some support for the practical research of senior high school biology experiment teaching,and also hope to provide some concrete and feasible for teachers engaged in Senior High School Biology experiment teaching on the front line.Microvideo of biology experiment teaching and its application strategies and methods.
