As the main place for human knowledge dissemination and talent training,classroom teaching is the main base for teachers and students to develop teaching activities and common growth.It not only inherits the culture of human beings,but also shapes the quality of students.In our country,the curriculum reform has made some procedures,and the students' subjectivity is gradually reflected in the classroom teaching,but it is still weak to cultivate the values of the students in the course of teaching.In recent years,especially in the face of campus bullying,children are facing intense peer relationships,which once again caught our attention.Although humanistic value education originated from abroad,it has some acquaintance with some ideas in Chinese traditional culture.The important idea of curriculum reform is to carry out humanistic spirit education.Therefore,this study is based on the background of the macro background of curriculum reform and the implementation of the humanistic value education project,taking classroom teaching as the carrier and from the perspective of teachers,trying to carry out humanistic value education to students in the course of teaching through the study of classroom teaching.In addition to the "Introduction" and "conclusion ",the full text is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the relevant theories of strengthening humanistic value education in junior high school moral and legal classroom teaching.The related concepts of classroom teaching,the humanities,humanistic value and humanistic value education are expounded,as well as the theoretical basis of this research.It includes the formation rule of human ideology and moral character and Rodgers' s humanistic learning theory.The second part analyzes the significance of strengthening humanistic value education in junior high school moral and legal classroom teaching.In the classroom teaching,teachers can penetrate the thought of "benevolence" in Chinese traditional culture,guide students to set up good moral features,be good at working with others,and have social morality and sense of responsibility and mission as Chinese citizens.Strengthening humanities education in classroom teaching is not only the requirement of carrying out the socialist core values,but also determined by the nature of moral and legal courses.At the same time,strengthening the education of humanistic values is also a requirement of reality and quality education.The third part,through the questionnaire survey and data analysis of teachers,understands the level of humanistic value education in Teachers' classroom teaching,and analyzes the factors that affect the level of teachers' humanistic value education through the questionnaire.Its influencing factors are manifold,including the abstractness of the connotation of humanistic value education,teachers' ability and consciousness,and the characteristics of students in junior high school.The survey of teachers provides a basis for strengthening humanistic value education in junior high school moral and legal classroom teaching.The fourth part is mainly from the perspective of teachers,discusses the junior middle school moral and legal classroom teaching in strengthening humane value education countermeasures.First of all,it clarifies four principles of strengthening the education ofhumanistic value in the classroom teaching of moral and legal education in junior middle school,namely,the principle of pertinence,the principle of operability,the principle of practice and the principle of timeliness.Secondly,it discusses the basic ways to strengthen humanistic value education in junior middle school moral and legal classroom teaching.The first is to improve the quality of teachers and make the education of human values possible.Second,we should change the concept of teachers' teaching and promote the education of humanistic values.Third,teachers should change teaching methods and enhance humanistic value education.Fourth,teachers can dig deeper into the teaching materials.,make use of the teaching resources close to the students to carry on the education of humanistic value,and make use of the resources in the classroom to carry out the humanistic value education in time to strengthen the humanistic value education.Finally,we should create a harmonious relationship between students and students,a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and a harmonious atmosphere for teachers to optimize the education of humanistic values.
