| In recent years, the number of autistic children is increasing, the problem has become increasingly prominent, it caused the wide attention in society. The "12th Five Year Plan" make the " colorful dreams action plan †which is aid to the rehabilitation of children with disabilities, it give autistic children great importance and give them material support. In recent years, there are more and more research on the problem of autistic children’s communication, it is mostly starting from the special education, medical and psychological, and analyzing the reasons for the problem which is the existence of autistic children’s communication and puts forward some measures to solve the problem, but it did not involve the application of the theory and methods of social work related to this problem. This paper mainly uses the case method, using the theory of ecological system and social work related skills to improve the communication skills with autistic children, and through the change of client to check the effectiveness of the method of social work.This paper is divided into five main parts, the first part is the introduction, the main contents include background, theoretical and practical significance, the issues raised, research ideas, review in the world and less innovation of this paper, to prepare for the follow-up work; The second part is to define and elaborate theoretical concepts, including the special nature of autistic children in school-age, including the concept of autism particularity performance, the importance of enhancing the autistic children in school-age communication skills and necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in autistic children in school-age to enhance communication skills; the third part of social work intervention to enhance communication skills in school-age children with autism cases and analysis, specifically addressed the cases selected background, and define the main problems of the case and using the ecosystem theory to analysis reason of the problem in terms of individuals, families, schools and other social; The fourth part is the process of social work intervention to enhance communication skills in school-age children with autism, in this section, based on the problems of the client to find the achievement of objectives, and to make the service plans based on the client, according to the plan to intervene, after the end of the intervention, assess the entire service process and the results;the fifth part is the conclusion,the main content is to summarize the processof the whole service,introduce the the service provider experience in the process of providing servicees, looking foward to the rehabilitation training for children with autism in the application of social work. |
