China has entered the 21 st century, a large number of rural and urban fringe areas of collective land has been expropriated for commercial use or government building. In this process, due to lack proper relocation work, lack of transparency related to compensation, the subsequent placement is not reasonable and relevant safeguards are not in place, and so a number of reasons, led to the current talk of landless peasants "move" the mere mention of the phenomenon is getting worse. This is not really the case. Performance in some areas in order to focus only on the development, but did not consider the psychological feeling of landless peasants, did not intend to do for the future of landless peasants, they will be on their own land from "off", which does not allow them to be produced as a the name of the city people’s sense of joy, but increased their psychological panic and discomfort. At the same time, the face of the loss of land, re-employment, and lifestyle changes and other issues, have a huge impact on the psychology of landless peasants will.This article is based on the current situation of landless peasants to Yingkou Bayuquan district, for example, to explore the integration of psychological problems of landless peasants in the process of the public, and through knowledge of social work theory and related fields to provide services to farmers, to help them out of the psychological difficulties. This paper is divided into five parts: introduction, discusses the background and significance of the study, through access to information, analyzes the status quo of the current domestic and international research into the psychology of landless peasants, illustrating the research methods, innovation, research ideas used in this paper and the main content. The second chapter of the Landless Farmers’ mentality into the current situation and problems, through the survey data and interviews with the statistical analysis the status quo, and then analyze the current situation, identify problems. The third chapter, the specific implementation process casework, the paper uses the common practice of social work intervention process. The fourth chapter summary and recommendations. Case studies are summarized in this paper, and put forward their own proposals.
