Juvenile as a special group with high plasticity and unknown sex, how to take effective training methods to make it on the road leading to the elite athletes of taking the more important issue is open every grassroots coaches to be solved. In this paper, juvenile mood change on badminton training for the study to explore Junior Badminton Training effective training methods for emotional problems, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the training.In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, experimental method, logical analysis, lessons learned and other research methods to learn more about factors that affect pre-training and training in juvenile mood swings, in the experimental group received training exclusion guide method, adjustment method and other methods of self-suggestion, eliminate pre-training, training in a variety of adverse factors, suggesting that other emotions master self-controlled method, conversion unfavorable factors, the psychological quality of students, so that the players in order to stabilize mood, full of spirit into training in order to improve the effectiveness of the training.
