Hurdles movement is important in today’s world track and field sports events, it has along history. In the fierce hurdles movement process, require athletes in all aspects of thebody are coordinated, including speed, strength, stamina, flexibility, agility, and thecoordination and balance ability, between them is mutual influence, mutualconstraints. However, training in the physicalquality training coordination process plays a very important and irreplaceable role.Coordination movement is the basic training of the whole process of training, sportstechnology plays an important role for the study, it will directly affect the athletes usetheir activity levels, as well as the improvement of performance. And now inmany hurdles professional training, they seldom pay attention to training coordinationstudy of hurdle technology, for they are in such aspects as physical speed, strength,endurance, effort, and neglect training the coordination is the most important link, sothey carry very slowly. Coordination training in hurdling exercise plays a particularlyimportant role, it can get on the bar movements smooth, athletes body centre ofgravity is smooth, players only keep a good balance on bar, bar to guarantee to thefastest speed.This paper mainly studies the coordination of man in training of adolescent athleteshurdles technology, through the coordination of athletes training, makes theimprovement of technology, thus improve the athletes of the hurdles. We want to startwith young generation, lay the foundation for our country sports talents, for ourcountry’s track and field project to the best of their own little power. This paperstudied the first middle school in zibo city of15-17-year-old man hurdler asexperimental objects, divided into the experimental group and the control group, for10weeks of training. The experimental group is on the basis of the traditional trainingof athletes joined a variety of body coordination of training, the control is thetraditional and usual training. After the experiment, the technical evaluation,performance comparison, found that the experimental group than the control group ofathletes athletes hurdles result and the hurdle technology have improved.Research conclusions and recommendations; Through the coordination of training just10, the experimental group athletes hurdles technology, performance significantlyimproved. This suggests that the coordination training for teenagers hurdler hurdletechnology plays a crucial role. This requests us in hurdling training and practice forthe future, must want to increase the coordination of physical training, and to put thetraining into the traditional process of coordination, constantly improve, constantly adapt to the new way of training.
