Research On The Development Strategy Of Chinese Competitive Tennis

The development of China’s competitive tennis with international competitive tennis gradually highlights the gap requires us to research the development of China’s competitive tennis development strategy. This paper USES documentary, interview, questionnaire investigation method, SWOT analysis, logic analysis, system analysis of the development of Chinese competitive tennis SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), and according to the SWOT matrix model and the train of thought, combined into four strategic combination SO, ST, settlement, WT, find accord with China’s current development trend of social development and the international tennis that meet the needs of development strategy.Through our research shows that: 1. the competitive tennis development strategy for the development of competitive tennis in a certain period put forward the specific planning and policies, and have done for the process of achieving this goal system, phased, scientific management and planning.2.reserve personnel factor, management factor, competition system factor, athletes, coaches, factor culture and professional quality factors, training factors are the main factors affecting the development of Chinese competitive tennis. 3.the development of the international tennis, "li", economic development and business development is the promoting factors for the development of competitive tennis in our country. 4,according to our country in the process of developing the competitive tennis strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats of China’s competitive tennis development strategy has four kinds of choices: play a pioneering strategic advantage, grasp the opportunity; Use of opportunities,overcome weaknesses for type strategy; Use of advantages and avoid the risk of resistance type strategy; Avoid weaknesses, reduce the risk of conservative strategy.
