Micro-teaching is a mode of training a variety of classroom teaching skills for normal college students at present.In the situation of education curriculum reform,teachers must become a new qualified teachers,not only learning the theoretical knowledge and related disciplines,but also to exercise their proficiency in teaching skills to master and use,to ensure the future of teachers with excellent teaching quality.Therefore,when applying Micro-teaching mode to the training of demo skill of chemistry normal school students,we should use flexibly in combination with the actual teaching situation,so as to avoid the situation that training effect is not obvious.This article used the literature research method,case study method,and action research method were used to collate,summarize,and analyze relevant literature resources.Through a large number of micro-teaching training case analysis and action research,the problems in the training of demonstration skills for normal students were solved.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of micro-teaching,relevant definition features,basic principles and functions.Through the practice and research,Microteaching can make the teaching skills of normal chemistry students achieve ideal results,and the key link lies in feedback and evaluation stage.Therefore,while strengthening the micro-teaching theory education,we use the modern network to establish a micro-teaching website and conduct online communication on the micro-teaching process,which expands the space for micro-teaching evaluation and also enables feedback on micro-teaching skill training.And the evaluation is only limited to micro-cell labs.
