In the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers are asked to master new skills. Microteaching is a main way of improving teaching skills. The traditional chemical micro teaching skill evaluation system isn’t so perfect that the observer is not effectively evaluated. This paper attempts to establish a tri-grade evaluation system, which is based on Microteaching skills’ elements, function, type, application and the classroom observation technology.The Microteaching skills contains the import skill, the inquiry skill, the explaining skill, the change skill, the presentation skill, the strengthening skill, the trial and error skill, the organizational skill and the closure skill. And the evaluation system is applied to the2010level of chemistry Normal College Students’teaching skills training.It achieved the realization of "self assessment, his assessment, teacher assessment".This paper is divided into six parts:The first part:introduction. It contains the background, research purpose, research significance, research method and research design based on the evaluation of teaching.The second part:literature review. It summarizes the present research situation of classroom observation technology, microteaching skills and skills’evaluation.The third part:the theory construction of Microteaching skills evaluation system. It shows the inspection theory, the basic principles, the index and evaluation system of the evaluation system.The fourth part:the practice of Microteaching skills evaluation system. It shows the development, revision and application of micro teaching skill evaluation system.The fifth part:the application of teaching skill evaluation system. It lists classroom observation cases of the import skill and the inquiry skill and the application of teaching skills in case of "micro class".The sixth part:conclusion and prospect It analysis the conclusion of the paper, the application of Microteaching skills evaluation system and the development of the theory.
