The Study On Dynamic Mechanism About New-type Urbanization Of Ningxia Economic Zone Along The Yellow River

The traditional model of urbanization has been unable to effectively guarantee the healthy and fast development of social economy of our country, we need the new-type urbanization. Taking Ningxia economic zone along the Yellow River as the research object, split the New-type Urbanization into four sub system, the economic foundation, social function, quality of the environment and urban-rural integration, use the quantitative analysis to find the stronger and weaker strength in promoting the New-type Urbanization of Ningxia economic zone along the Yellow River, longitudinal analysis of the driving system of the new urbanization, and the use of coordination model transverse research of coordination between each subsystem, which launched in the dynamic mechanism about New-type Urbanization of Ningxia economic zone along the Yellow River.The research mainly includes three parts, the part of theory research, empirical research and summary, the theoretical research includes the first chapter named introduction, the second part is the relevant concepts and basic theories, empirical research is the key part of the article, including the third chapter of the present situation about urbanization of Ningxia economic zone along the Yellow River, the fourth chapter is evaluation of the level about New-type Urbanization. Fifth chapter is the dynamic mechanism analysis about New-type Urbanization of Ningxia economic zone along the Yellow River, the sixth chapter, suggestions to New-type Urbanization, the seventh chapter is the part of summary.Through the research and analysis we draw the following conclusions:economic system, social function system and urban-rural integration system promote the development of New-type Urbanization of Ningxia economic zone along the Yellow River, environmental quality system is weak or even hinder the development of New-type Urbanization. In each subsystem, the coordination of economic and urban-rural integration is best, it means that the development and adjustment of industrial structure can support the integration of urban and rural, urban-rural integration system and economic system can promote each other. The coordination of social function system and the quality of the environment system is lowest, that efforts to protect the environment slower than construction progress of social function. The dynamic mechanisms of different area will be divided into four categories as the lowest scoring system. Weak economic foundation place, including the Pingluo County and Litong Distric, social function deficiency type, including Shizuishan City, Qingtongxia City, Zhongning County, environmental quality constraint area is Helan county and Lingwu City, the urban and rural weakening type are Yinchuan City, Yongning County, Shapotou district.
