Fitness investment refers to time,energy or expenditure consumed on any fitness service or material product to pursue better health,entertainment and leisure activities and to attain both physical and mental satisfaction.Fitness investment is an unspeakable cost of modern life.It not only affects the whole investmentstructure of our society,but also encourages the development of market economy,the promotion of public health and the spread of mass sports.The level of fitness investment is calculated according to the average consumption sum of fitness materials,fitness services and fitness information which can bemeasured by price value.It reflects the level of economic development of a region or a country.It reflects the level of the development of fitness market and mass fitness in this area.Thus,the study of fitness investment provides references not only for the development of our society and economy,our living standards and the improvement of investment structure,but also for the further spread and socialization of fitness and the improvement of physical condition for the whole population.This paper mainly utilizes scientific principles,such as sociology of thefamily,sports sociology,statistics and logic,using the questionnaire survey procedure to carry on investigation and studies of city family inhabitants in kenli,lijin,guangrao,huimin,wudi,zouping the six cities of Yellow River Delta Region in family fitness active frequency characteristic,way,participation motive characteristic,active content characteristic,activity spatial characteristic,investment mentality,expense fitness condition and influence factor eight aspects in Henan Province.The result indicated that:(1 ) Home of the economy income of small cities is still relatively low level in Yellow River Delta,level of education level as Senior,vocational accounted for the majority,many families for the 2-1 home(husband and wife + child) structure,account for 63%of the daily lives of home consumption of food and education mainly.Approach to the leisure home Internet access,mainly to chat and watch TV.(2 ) Family fitness is mainly done in idle time and weekend holiday;The chosen place concentrates in the public activity places,such as the open area of the residential district,the square and the park,the free sports facility and so on.The characteristic of the cities family fitness activity frequency is that 27%family never together participating in the activity occupiesthe first place,25%family each week doing sports 1-2 time takes the second place.(3 ) Yellow River Delta family fitness investment level is low,and a year expense is above 800 Yuan,occupies 5.8%of the family's expense disbursement;Compared with a single investment in health,the residents of the concept of fitness is also more traditional.the expense level will rise with economic development,but is not the deciding element in fitness expense.The investment pattern is unreasonable,the material object fitness expense is primary in which fitness wear expense occupies the first place,and the non-material object fitness expense is low,lacking in further improvement.(4 ) The facts that influence the level of fitness investment include financial income,the consciousness of fitness investment,spare time,public sports ground and facility,value of fitness, cultural factors and social atmosphere.(5 ) To promote fitness investment in Yellow River Delta,average financial income has to be increased,new sports facility need to be constructed,new concept of employing spare time need to be introduced,the value concept need to be adapted,the mass media needs to be better used to broadcast sports event,different style of health clubs need to be built to meet various standards of investment,various fitness system wants founding and holiday fitness investment wants promoting.
