Specially Contracted Teachers’are teachers of a particular group, they just go to work as a teacher’s formal entry into the initial stage of his career, there is an adjustment period, faced with the education of theoretical knowledge and practical ability to "run" the most the main objective of education and teaching work also exists an adaptation.With the "further development of Specially Contracted Teachers’plan", have more Specially Contracted Teachers’in primary and junior high school ecological immigration area, actively carried out the teacher career. For about teacher education adapt to enrich the theoretical system of ecological immigration area, better promote the teacher’s adaptation of education, enhance the teaching ability, in this study, through the methods of literature and investigation of Ningxia ecological immigration area Xing Jing town Specially Contracted Teachers’Z primary school teaching adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, occupation role adaptation study and living environment adaptation etc. The study found:Specially Contracted Teachers’engaged in education and teaching, and achieved some results. However, there are also some suited to problems, mainly reflected in:teaching, from teaching time is short, the lack of podium experience, duplication of efforts, for the teaching of heavy and difficult to grasp allowed, the number of teaching hours too, a larger workload, teaching methods monotonous, evaluation is not timely; troubled interpersonal relationships are: leadership exchanges with strangers, lack of close collaboration between colleagues, and parents understand less difficult to implement communication; low degree of importance on student learning, teacher-student interaction is more "indifferent", students teachers’ lack of awareness of kindness; occupational roles, recruits from teaching motivation is not correct, only to employment and from teaching, induction training content in the form of a single, a mere formality, lower professional identity; the living environment, low income, poor benefits psychological pressure increases, less can relax sports and entertainment activities. The main causes of these problems are:national policy, institutional lack of improvement, government propaganda is not in place, the evaluation of Specially Contracted Teachers’ unreasonable; unscientific school employment mechanism, the lack of teachers in Specially Contracted Teachers’ humane care and emotional concerns, and school around entertainment relax poor environment; the lower part of ecological migration Ningxia parents and students overall quality, some parents and students on educational importance is not enough; while special post of teachers themselves from teaching philosophy is not accurate, the development of enthusiasm is not high, not timely adjustments mental state. Recommend Specially Contracted Teachers’ to address these issues to improve their quality, and enhance their ability, effective teaching, to form their own distinctive style of teaching, establish and improve relationships, efforts to develop a good network of relationships, changing roles, a correct attitude toward the teaching profession, and actively adapt to survive around environment. Through various efforts, promote the upgrading of teacher education and teaching Specially Contracted Teachers’ ability.
