The implementation of the "Specially Contracted Teachers Plan",is an important measure for the development of education cause in China,it has not only made the countryside teachers group become younger and higher educated,but also promoted rural education more balanced,and made the specially contracted teachers become inheritors and creators of the rural culture.As the member of the rural teachers’ team,the specially contracted teachers have made important contributions to the development of rural education.However,at the same time,there’ s many current situations need to be concerned and introspected,which means we can ’ t be optimistic,such as career development difficulties and social status marginalization.Marxism Anthropology offers positive enlightenment to solving specially contacted teachers development predicament:Firstly,to give full play to teachers’ subjective consciousness and subjective initiative,insist on the thought of "people-oriented" to guide the practice of teachers development;Secondly,it is necessary to integrate the all-round development of human beings into the whole process of teachers development,and to carry out scientific and reasonable development strategies for different subjects at different stages.Thirdly,we should interpret the function of practice from the essence of man and encourage teachers to achieve creative development in practiceAccording to the idea of constructing the development of specially contacted teachers in Hunan,implement principle and path of development,we will actively look for the perfecting of current education mechanism,so as to realize the real value of the specially contracted teachers development.According to the characteristics of specially contracted teachers,it should adhere to the guidance of Marxism Anthropology,and from multiple dimension:the development of survival,the development of psychological,and the development of career,to design and implement the development path of specially contracted teachers,and promote comprehensive,healthy and balanced development of specially contracted teachers group.Through fully draw lessons from Marx’s basic study of anthropology,contemporary Chinese communists’ view of humanism,and other disciplines of theoretical basis,and in accordance with the research methods of questionnaire survey on the objective analysis on the current status and causes of development of the specially contracted teachers in Hunan province,help to find a way to perfecting the mechanism of the current education from the construction idea,implement principle and path designing,etc.,so as to realize the real value of specially contracted teachers development.
