The ganqika No.1 Middle school is in the keerqin right wing back county, Tongliao,Inner Mongolia autonomous region, it mainly uses ethnic language(Mongolian language) in teaching. At the beginning of 2011, this school conducted a large-scale educational reform activities. Writing the Chinese learning guidance plan is one of the priorities of the reform activities. The teachers in gan No.1 middle school have practiced the new curriculum ideas. They have found the Chinese learning guidanceplanmodecombined“Autonomy,cooperation,exploration”through constant exploration and practice. Practice has proved that the proper introduction of learning guidance plan in Chinese classroom can fully reflect the main role of students, update teachers’ teaching ideas and improve the efficiency of classroom Chinese teaching effectively.However, it also exposed many problems in the process of writing Chinese learning guidance plan.The most prominent problem is that they plagiarized the ordinary Chinese learning guidance plan when they were writing Chinese learning guidance plan,lacking preparation before class collective basis, the writing goal of learning guidance plan is not based on the Chinese curriculum standard, the design of learning question is not related to the learning goal, no proper recycling marking about learning guidance plan in the process of using learning guidance plan, the learning guidance group cooperation is becoming formal, etc. The writer has combined teaching practice at this school, and made some suggestions and solutions to the some of these issues raised to these above problems.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly made a theory analysis about the learning guidance plan. The second part made a analysis about the problem existing in the process of learning guidance plan writing through samples and questionnaire. The third part made relating solution and suggestion to these problems.
