"Learning plan guidance" is produced in the background of the educational reform in China.It is a new teaching model which aims to highlight the students’ main position, to cultivate students’ self-study consciousness and to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.It has made a positive contribution to promote the development of domestic teaching reform, and has been widely praised and actively imitated. But from the development of these years,"Learning plan guidance" has not been well implemented in the basic education schools.They are just simple, mechanical imitation of the form, and neglect to understand the idea of the essence, so as to reach the theoretical results of the model is not expected.This paper is based on reading a large number of theoretical literature about education and psychology, and understanding the current situation of the domestic educational reform.The practice of this model in high school was investigated by questionnaire and interview.It contains three aspects, namely the overall attitude of the "Learning plan guidance", the rationality of "Learning case"in design and compilation and the teaching effect evaluation of this model.I have summed up the achievements and problems of the model. "Learning plan guidance" model has a good effect in highlighting the status of the students, cultivating students’ independent learning ability, improving the efficiency of classroom teaching. At the same time, it is indeed exposed a lot of problems that in the design and compilation of "Learning case" and in the implementation of "Learning plan guidance" model.Finally, I proposed some targeted advises to help improve the teaching effectiveness of "Learning plan guidance" model from school level, teaching case level and teaching implementation process level.I hope the school can focus on guiding ideology of teachers and students, standardizing the design process of the learning case, optimizing the contents of the learning case and so on, especially to grasp learning case application key links.The paper will provide references for scientifically and comprehensively promoting the "Learning plan guidance", for developing of education and teaching reform in our country.The contribution of this study is that, first, based on before research results, I have made a comprehensive investigation on the application of the model in all subjects. It breaks through the limitation of "Learning plan guidance" combined with the single subject. The conclusions of the study guarantee a certain degree of objectivity, universality and generality. Second, when the author puts forward the effective suggestions, he focused on improving methods from schools, teachers and students of the ideological level. Technical level is weakened. It believes that "thought to guide the action, the idea decides success". Hoping this paper really plays a certain references on promotion of the"Learning plan guidance" in the elementary education.
