With the continuous deepening of curriculum reform,the requirements for teachers and students have changed.For teachers,blindly “teaching” may not be able to achieve the desired effect.In the current situation where students are exposed to a great increase in information,the traditional cramming education teaching model has been unsuitable for most students.If teachers do not make changes and still stick to the rules,they will soon be eliminated under the promotion of the reform.For students in today's ever-developing society,they are still learning passively in the way that they were taught by teachers before.Lack of self-determination and enthusiasm of the learning model leads to their own lack of self-determination,which will be gradually in the end or even eliminated after entering the society.Therefore,how to carry out efficient“teaching” and “learning” has become a must for teacher and students to overcome the arduous task.As a teaching model that has been around for a long time,the study plan guidance has been known by the majority of educators.After years of research and development,the tutorial program has a complete structure and model.The teaching mode of learning plan-based instruction can improve students' thinking and enthusiasm,reduce students' study burden and improve classroom efficiency.Today,when learning plan is widely used,there are still some problems that need to be studied: what is the teaching effect of learning plan guidance model? Which aspect can the study plan guide the study teaching improve the student? Which students are suitable for the guidance teaching of study plan? What are the disadvantages and shortcomings of this model? All questions must be answered in practice.This paper sorts out the theoretical basis,compiling principles and links of the teaching model of inductive learning plan by means of literature investigation,and shows the actual teaching plan.Through the research of teaching practice,we get the data of the students' achievement under the teaching mode of study-plan guidance,and through the questionnaire survey and interview,we know the teachers' and students' opinions and suggestions on the teaching mode.Finally,we make a summary of the conclusion,points out the advantages and reasons of the study plan guidance model,explains which students are suitable for teaching through this model,and points out the existing problems and some improvement measures.This article is divided into four parts:The first part: through the literature review,summarizing the theoretical basis of the former study plan teaching,and through the summary of the former research results,we find the breakthrough point of his thesis.That is,which students are more effective for the study plan guidance model? Is there any significant difference for students of different levels and genders? How to make more efficient use of learning plan in practical use?In the second part,we summarized the principles of the compilation by consulting the material,consulting the literature and referring to the actual situation to determine the guidance of the program.The third part: through carrying on the traditional pattern teaching and the study plan guidance teaching separately to the different level class,the results of different classes were analyzed after two times examination result comparison.The results of ordinary class were improved obviously,while the results of experimental class were not improved at all.There was no significant gender difference in the improvement of general class performance.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with the students whose teaching results have been obviously improved through the study plan,as well as interviews with some teachers,we understand the students' and teachers' views and suggestions on learning plan teaching: The teaching mode of learning plan guidance is generally accepted,but learning plan guidance teaching is not the only teaching method.The fourth part: through the summary of the foregoing,especially the third part,this paper points out the students suitable for the guided learning plan teaching and the reasons,as well as the existing problems and measures in the process of the guided learning plan teaching,and makes a prospect for the development of the guided learning plan teaching in the future.In short,this paper analyzes the problems in the study of learning plan,starting from the theoretical level and combining with teaching practice.This paper summarizes the principles of learning plan compilation: guidance,inspiration,hierarchy,operability,expansibility and flexibility.The links of learning plan compilation are determined: preclass learning plan,in class learning plan and after class practice.Through the teaching experiment and questionnaire survey,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The influence of learning plan guidance teaching on the performance of students at different levels is different.Learning plan guidance teaching can significantly improve the learning performance of ordinary level students,but the promotion effect on the top students is not obvious.2.The teaching of learning plan guidance is universal,and there is no significant difference between different genders.3.The teaching of learning plan guidance plays a good role in students' preview before class,classroom learning and consolidation review after class.It can improve students' learning autonomy,help students grasp the key points of knowledge in class,and improve the efficiency of students' consolidation review after class.
