Currently, teachers ’personal knowledge management is deepening, mobile learning environment based on teachers’ personal knowledge management in China has become a hot topic important. More and more teachers not only brought the use of mobile devices in the classroom, but it also brought the management of personal knowledge, because of the convenience of carrying the mobile device itself, as well as sex anywhere, bring convenience and efficiency in while also improving the teachers’ professional skills.I read the literature found that the current mobile learning environment based on personal knowledge management is still a new topic. Over time, more and more mobile learning mode appear in every corner of society. In this paper, in-service teachers, for example, to explore how to build a vocational teacher personal knowledge management in a mobile learning environment and thus analyze the concept of knowledge management movement.
