With the development of wireless network era, mobile communication devices are widely used not only bring technical innovation, as well as innovation in education. Currently, teachers ’personal knowledge management is deepening, mobile learning environment based on teachers’ personal knowledge management in China has become a hot topic important. More and more teachers not only brought the use of mobile devices in the classroom, but it also brought the management of personal knowledge, because of the convenience of carrying the mobile device itself, as well as sex anywhere, bring convenience and efficiency in while also improving the teachers’ professional skills.I read the literature found that the current mobile learning environment based on personal knowledge management is still a new topic. Over time, more and more mobile learning mode appear in every corner of society. In this paper, in-service teachers, for example, to explore how to build a vocational teacher personal knowledge management in a mobile learning environment and thus analyze the concept of knowledge management movement. Secondly, vocational teachers Survey were analyzed to understand the current state of knowledge management in the mobile-service teachers, and mobile knowledge management tools recommended by the survey results to the in-service teachers with technical support, and in the process to build a vocational teacher to move knowledge management model. Then, this paper for three typical cases of vocational teachers analyze, summarize its advantages and disadvantages of mobile knowledge management, drawing on the successful cases of educational technology experts, gives individuals a little advice. Finally, the author prior experience, proposed the “dual role ”teacher personal mobile knowledge management program, the above method and content can be to the majority of vocational teachers build mobile personal knowledge management a little inspiration and reference.
