Mobile learning is the product of the combination of mobile technology and traditional E-learning technology. This new model of learning is concerned hotspot in the field of current educational technology. It is essential to rich personalized mobile learning resources in order to develop mobile learning effectively. While one of the priorities in building mobile learning resources is the construction of mobile learning curriculum. With the launch of4G networks, high-quality images and videos can also be smoothly transmitted, mobile charges constantly decrease, WeChat and microblog has also become new forms of mobile learning, all these new changes make mobile learning in a different situation. However, throughout the existing mobile learning curriculum, due to the large size of knowledge chunking, resource sharing degree is not that high; Presentation form of resources is single, so it can’t meet the needs of learners on variety of presentation forms; Courses development gives priority to language classes, and development on other types of courses is not enough. Facing these new changes and requirements, mobile learning curriculum must make appropriate adjustments to develop boomingly.Firstly, based on reference to lots of domestic and forgien papers, this thesis makes an introduction and conclusion of current status of domestic and forgien study on mobile learning and knowledge points; Secondly, making an introduction to conceprts of mobile learning and knowledge points, besides basic theory of designing mobile learning courses including constructivism, non-formal learning and miniature theory of learning; Thirdly, analyze the rule of designing mobile course knowledge point again, and find out the pros and cons of the existing mobile learning course. Based on this, research how to design mobile learning course knowledge point with the aspects of granularity, duration, pattern and structu re to better adapt to the trend of mobile learning.Finallyt, with guideline of SCORM and princle of desiging mobile learning resources, this thesis designs the model for developing mobile learning resources, and implement the instance of mobile learning courses based on Flash and Adobe AIR.This thesis takes knowledge point as reseach content which hasn’t been studied constantly, is an important complementary of current mobile learning resources. With the comb of current researching result of mobile learning resources, this thesis introduces mobile learning couses designing based on knowledge points; study the granularity, appearance and organizational structure of knowledge point in mobile learning courses; implements the instance of mobile learning courses based on the model for developing mobile learning resources; and enrich the study angle of mobile learning resources.
