With the constant breakthrough and development of mobile interconnection technology and highpopularity of portable terminal equipment,mobile learning has become a widely-selected learning method for today's learners.Because mobile learning is portability,mobility,wireless,learners can use fragmentary time and in any place,according to their own learning will and demand,access to fragmented resources through the mobile terminal to learn.As learners enjoy the flexibility and convenience brought by fragmented learning,they also face the obstacles of personal knowledge management.In the face of knowledge management problems caused by fragmented learning,learners urgently need to manage the acquired knowledge.At present,there are some mobile-based tools for personal knowledge management,such as Evernote,Microsoft Notes,WIZ,etc.However,these tools can only acquire the knowledge acquired in a simple way and make it difficult to build knowledge fragments the connection between the formation of a knowledge system.It is not hard to find that the underlying cause of these difficulties in personal knowledge management is the lack of a generic and fragmented knowledge organization that organizes fragmented knowledge into a rational knowledge structure.Knowledge graph is a kind of graph used to describe the process of knowledge development and display the relationship between knowledge structure.Therefore,we can manage the fragmentation knowledge based on knowledge graph technology.By building the connection between knowledge points,the fragmented learning resources can be developed around each knowledge point to form the learner's personal and perfect knowledge system.In this paper,the literature of mobile learning,fragmented learning and personal knowledge management are firstly studied through literature research.The current situation and characteristics of fragmented learning under the background of mobile learning are summarized and analyzed,and then the existence of personal knowledge management under fragmented learning is clarified As well as the need for fragmented learners to manage their own knowledge.Then,it studies the theory of spiral of knowledge transformation,the knowledge map and the maturity of personal knowledge management,explains the process of knowledge transformation in spiral theory of knowledge transformation,the demand of knowledge management for knowledge mapping and the formation of fragmented knowledge management Research ideas,and lay a theoretical foundation for the design and development of personal knowledge management applications based on Android system.Secondly,by means of questionnaire,we designed a scientific and reasonable questionnaire to investigate and analyze the needs of fragmented learners for personal knowledge management.Furthermore,based on the needs of personal knowledge management and the technical support of knowledge map technology and Android development technology,this paper aims to solve the problems of personal knowledge management caused by current fragmented learning and design an Android-based system Knowledge Management Application.Finally,the experimenter is selected to evaluate the maturity of personal knowledge management,and the experimenter is invited to conduct a several days trial on the application of personal knowledge management.Several days later,the experimenter conducted a personal knowledge management maturity assessment,the results show that the experimenter personal knowledge management maturity increased,proved the effectiveness of the application of personal knowledge management.At the same time,three interviews were conducted to investigate the results of the interview,the results show that the application of personal knowledge management can solve the problem of personal knowledge management.
