| Recently, there are many problems in college education, which lead to the quality of personnel training. How to reform the higher education teaching is a problem to be solved. With the continuous development of education informatization. The reform and innovation in higher education has been greatly promote and facilitate. Since the flipped classroom appeared to be concerned, it proved new ideas and methods to twist and resolve the current embarrassed situation of the higher education.The design and production of multimedia courseware is the core skill for education technology major students, and “Multimedia courseware design and production†course is one of the main course for them in our college. But influenced by traditional teaching ideas and methods, the teaching effect is not satisfactory. In this study, we mainly use the flipped classroom teaching method to innovate the curriculum teaching, improve the ability of design and produce the multimedia courseware, attempt to develop applicable teaching mode, accumulate experience for other core courses in our major and provide reference.Firstly, based on the clarifying of the background, purpose and meaning, in this study, we use literature research and content analysis to sort out and analysis the domestic and foreign research of multimedia courseware and “multimedia courseware†curriculum, and determine the main content and research method of this study.Secondly, we combine and analysis the relevant theoretical basis which should be followed and referenced. So that they can guide the design, development, implementation and evaluation the curriculum of multimedia courseware effectively.After analyzing the feasibility and advantages of the flipped classroom which applied in this curriculum, we start to design the curriculum of multimedia design and production, including the orientation of the course object, the analysis of learning demand, the design of teaching content framework and the construction of theory and practice teaching mode.Subsequently, we analysis the relevant technical support demand of teaching platform and resources, and study the rapid E-learning technology, LMS platforms, mobile platform and other key technology. Then, we develop the curriculum teaching platform and teaching resources, and analyze some of its core characteristics.In the late of this study, we implement the teaching of “multimedia courseware design and production†course, and selected "seven multimedia design principles" and "PPT advanced animation" case as the theoretical and practical teaching to have specific analysis. Then, from the perspective of teacher and students, we use students’ study result, learning effect questionnaires, interview and other diversified evaluation methods, and they combine qualitative and quantitative evaluation of these two ways to investigate and evaluate students learning effect and the applying situation of the course based on the flipped classroom.Finally, this study have a conclusion: the flipped classroom have a significant role to enhance and promote the teaching effect of “multimedia design and production†course. Among them, the high quality of learning resource is premise and foundation, and the design of teaching activities is essential. At the same time, we summed up the experience of this study, and pointed out the insufficient and the further direction of the research. |
