This study using literature research, questionnaire investigation, case study, survey method and other methods of traditional training insufficiency, the novice teacher’s training needs, the platform usage and feedback are studied, such as through on micro message public platform constructed a new type of teacher training, study the effective ways to promote teachers’professional development.Based on micro message public platform of teacher training can help teachers use of spare time to learn, but itself has also led to the deficiency of the training it cannot become the mainstream. Teacher’s training is not a single one, it can be synthesized from multiple training methods have set a complete and systematic training system, teachers training can become a part of the system.Based on the micro message public platform of teacher training under the guidance of theory of TPACK for novice teachers in teaching methods, teaching content, teaching thought, student activities, behavior and other aspects of training, training content mainly by micro class and micro organic combination of materials. In the process of teacher questionnaire and interview, also found the advantages and disadvantages of micro training teachers, micro training and put forward improvement suggestions.
