This study analyzed the status of difference occupation groups on post-80s generation and the factors influencing them from the perspective of social stratification and social mobility. Specifically, the research put it’s every decision with the help of observation about the objective stratum structure, the subjective identity structure, the intergenerational mobility, and the lifestyles and social attitudes. Based on this, this study discussed the differences between kinds of professional groups in social class structure and the influence of social mobility, and tested the view weather it become the class solidification.On the basis of the data from 2005 to 2010, this study in the thesis includes three aspects. First, nearly 10 years of data show that the post-80s generation the objective social stratification of the difference to be markedly different professional groups, on the basis of professional social stratification system can really as a separate and measure "after 80" youth society social structure the location of the effective index, ford’s (2013) view was further proof and support; Second, different occupational groups of subjective identity class structure and objective social stratification on post-80s generation, their overall subjective identity to the middle position, professional group and the underlying professional group in subjective identity, to the contrary, middle professional group of relative fuzzy subjective identity and swing; Factors ", after the third, ascribed factors and structural factors effect, "after 80" of career status structural factors under the influence of market logic and reproduction status logic is enhanced at the same time, the "80 after" the intergenerational occupational mobility has upward mobility is given priority to, the underlying near to the class arrangement in large-scale structural characteristics of flow and professional intergenerational inheritance increases. From the intergenerational mobility on post-80s generation can be seen, the trend of the social class solidification is curing, but isn’t formed.
