An Study About The Generation Mechanism Of Rural Housing Status Groups And The Influence On The Community Relations In A Village In South Anhui

The change have caused obvious differentiation, and the housing status groups began to emerge in the village.According to the change of the housing pattern in the village,this article will discuss the generation mechanism of the phenomenon and the influence on the central village community reconstruction. As the rapid development of the country economy, farmers are constantly divided into different parts. The new rural construction changed the insufficient of the public infrastructure in the center village. A large number of commercial housing were constructed, let the villagers have different choice. And then the housing status groups were formed, central village traditional housing pattern was broken. Village housing status in the center of the group is divided into three types:the group buy a house earlier—the wealthy., the group buy house later—to get rich later and the group built a house—the middle and lower.The housing status groups is formed by professional non-agricultural and the market mechanism and the choice mechanism.
