At the beginning of the new century, literature has undergone an all-around change along with the change of society. The newly built socialistic market economy is showing its character of commercialization. The Revolutionary ideal and incorporation of planned economy now have been replaced by entrapment and consumption function of market economy. In the commercial producing of literature works, all literary works have to face the public directly. For commercial profits, writers have to consider the readers' psychological habit and aesthetic expectation while writing. Thus their literary creation loses its independence and innovation. The public media has greatly influenced literature by packaging, advertising and denationalization. And this has become the main trend of cultural market. It was under the compact of public media that the works of the post-80s generation came into being. In 2000,the publication of "three doors"(《三重门》)by Han han (韩寒),an 18-year-old,became very popular and aroused a wave of adolescent writing across the whole country. His works also became a hot topic among book markets and the youth. This wave finally was named the post-80s writing and the writers who were born after 1980 were named the post-80s writers. After entering the literature field, this kind of writing and its writer has aroused wide concern and debate. Many of the post-80s writers have ever bared the palm in the "new concept writing contest" and quite a few of them are still in school. For commercial benefits, they do their writing by roughly recording things around them or their imagination. As a result, they don't even have the time to consider the reasonableness of their works. Though their writings are full of wonderful words and expressions, it's easy to find that these compositions are childish and skin-deep. Millions of copies were made of their works, much more than many contemporary famous writers. Meanwhile, these writers became idols of teenagers under the denationalization of the public media. Most buyers and readers of the post-80s writing are junior students. They enthusiastically support these writers, set up websites talking about characters and chapters of those works, and argue with the main stream critics who criticize their idols' writings. These phenomena should attract the attention of pedagogues: what on earth causes the enthusiasm of these junior students to those post-80s writers and their writing? Why these childish, shallow works are more popular than those of depth and classic among the junior students? Hasn't the growth of the post-80s generation got anything to do with reading teaching? If yes, what changes should we make to teach reading and writing in times of modern culture? As the author knows, to study current junior students' problems in reading by analyzing the post-80s phenomena is still a blank. In this papers ,the author tries to find some effective strategies to improve the junior students' abilities and interest in reading aesthetic through studying aesthetic tropism and the post-80s phenomena with concerning aesthetic and motivation theories under the environment of high-speed IT and common culture. In this papers, it will firstly analyzing current literature background and introduce the characteristics of the post-80s writing. Then, by some aesthetic theories, it will analyze and tell why works with pain, estheticism and individualize expressions can meet the junior students' psychological needs and expectation. Also, it will explain why the post-80s' works which include characters above can still meets the teenagers taste under so much criticize. Teachers can rebuilt the students' aesthetic standard of reading by theories such as thinking after reading, critic reading and other concerning theories. And then, the papers will discuss the post-80s' flavor in using expressions which are perceptual and incomplete aesthetic. According to this, teachers can bring the students' writing trend back to the main stream values by rebuilding composition evaluation system and effective training. In the new times, there is still a lot for us to discuss in Chinese teaching. High school Chinese teachers should not only focus on the entrance examination but also pay more attention on things around. We should try our best to make contribution to the revitalization and innovation of Chinese. We should teach students in a proper way and make them readers and writers with good aesthetic interest and high social responsibilities. And do not let shallow and common culture become our mainstream culture.
