The concept of self-efficacy individuals are on their own ability to accomplish a task or achieve a goal of subjective speculation and judgment, reflected in the emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship is individuals of their emotional and interpersonal confidence. General self-efficacy can be used to predict the behavior of the individual, but the different behavior of needle to make individual for different situations and in the field, general self-efficacy couldn’t explain, this situation will need to introduce the concept of self-efficacy in specific areas, in order to explain the specific behavior of the concrete situation. As the sense of self-efficacy is reflected in the specific field, to deepen the emotion regulation research self-efficacy and interpersonal Self-Efficacy Sense of self-efficacy is the study, is also in the study of emotion regulation and interpersonal aspects of the development, self efficacy in combination with emotional regulation and interpersonal communication two concepts, this is the in-depth study of psychological mechanism of individual behavior.Dear social behavior is a manifestation of altruistic behavior, the individual performance of a high sense of social responsibility, and studies have shown that, dear social behavior of an individual is influenced by the cognitive process, emotional state and people of various factors. So, based on the two before the efficacy on the concept of the research on the relationship between dear join social behavior, is not only about the current efficacy, emotional regulation and interpersonal communication theory rich, more is the further study of the social behavior of dear inherent mechanism. In addition, this study also wants to help students better understand themselves, to better adapt to society; to provide theoretical support and can effectively implement the recommendations for the college students’ interpersonal emotion regulation education, education and psychological health education.The study of the collected data collation, analysis, discusses the relationship between emotion regulation self-efficacy, interpersonal self-efficacy and prosocial behavior between three variables, draw the following conclusions:First, Collage students have a high level in Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy.Second, the Regulatory Emotional Self- Efficacy, Perceived Self-efficacy to Manage Interpersonal Relationship and Prosocial Behavior exist a significant difference in diffierent grades.Third, there was significant correlation among Regulatory Emotional Self- Efficacy, Perceived Self-efficacy to Manage Interpersonal Relationship and Prosocial Behavior.Forth, Regulatory Emotional Self- Efficacy and Perceived Self-efficacy to Manage Interpersonal Relationship play a role on prosocial behavior.Regulatory Emotional SelfEfficacy play a role on prosocial behavior by Perceived Self-efficacy to Manage Interpersonal Relationship.
