Affected by various factors,rural middle school students have a low level of emotional self-efficacy,which has become a major cause of mental health.Referring to the popularity on Internet of the event that students in Taihe No.2 Middle School paid attention to practicing cheerleading,this paper tries taking the sports art as the interference in order to affect the middle school students' emotional self-regulation in the country.According to the study to confirm the validity and mechanism of the interference of sports art,the middle school students' emotional self-regulation in rural can be improved.To confirm the validity,the participants of this study are the students in Jingdezhen No.20 Middle School.Besides,adopting the methods such as the research of literature,experiments,the investigation of questionnaire,logical analysis and qualitative research to begin the survey and analysis,the result can be drawn as follows.1.Compared with traditional psychological assistance interventions,sports art has an advantage in intervention time and space;sports art interventions are easier to develop and popularize in rural areas.2.The experimental results show that the use of sports art interventions has a positive effect on improving the emotional self-efficacy of middle school students in rural areas.3.Teachers' correct guidance and necessary explanations are very important.4.Sports art interventions can create a good campus environment,a harmonious interpersonal social environment,a motivational upward personality environment,and an artistic infection environment.
