| Negative academic emotion is the most closely related emotion of adolescent students,accompanying with every stage of their academic study.In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in education,the academic pressure borne by junior high school students increases,and the negative academic emotion caused by this problem needs educators to pay attention to.This study based on the predecessors’ exercise of the related research results of emotional benefits,focused on the emotional problems are multiple group of junior middle school students,the junior middle school students physical exercise habits,and negative emotion regulation self-efficacy status quo and explore the relationship between academic emotion,build the intermediary effect model based on emotion regulation self-efficacy.This study is intended to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for junior high school students to improve self-efficacy of emotional regulation and reduce negative academic emotions by participating in physical exercise and forming good exercise habits.In this study,807 students from four junior middle schools in Longhua District of Shenzhen city were investigated by random.Using Regulation Emotionalself-efficacy scale,Physical exercise Habit Scale and negative academic emotion subscale of Adolescent Academic Emotion Scale as survey tools.Using Amos 24.0 and SPSS 23.0 Software package to analyze the survey data,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The physical exercise habit of junior high school students in Longhua District is generally at a medium high level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.The specific performance is that the repetitive exercise behavior and will of boys are higher than girls.The repetitiveness and volitiveness of exercise in grade 9 were higher than that in grade 7.(2)The emotion regulation self-efficacy of junior middle school students in Longhua District is generally at a medium level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.Specifically,boys’ self-efficacy in managing negative emotions is higher than girls’;The self-efficacy of managing negative emotions in grade 9 was higher than that in grade 7.(3)The negative academic emotions of junior middle school students in Longhua District are generally at a medium or low level,and there are significant differences in gender,grade and academic performance.Specifically,girls’ negative high arousal and negative low arousal academic emotions were higher than boys’.The negative and high arousal emotions in grade 8 and 9 were higher than those in grade 7.The negative high arousal emotion of junior high school students with grade B was higher than that of junior high school students with grade A,and the negative low arousal emotion of junior high school students with grade B and C was higher than that of junior high school students with grade A.(4)Junior middle school students’ physical exercise habit significantly negatively predicted negative and low arousal academic emotions,and significantly positively predicted the expression of positive and negative emotional self-efficacy;Self-efficacy of managing negative emotions significantly negatively predicted negative high arousal and negative low arousal academic emotions.(5)The self-efficacy of managing negative emotions completely mediated the effect of physical exercise habit on negative high arousal emotions.The mediating effect of physical exercise habit on negative and low arousal emotion was 24.12%.(6)The negative effect of physical exercise habit on negative high arousal academic emotion is realized through improving self-efficacy of management negative emotion.The negative influence of physical exercise habit on negative low arousal academic emotion is mainly through two ways:one is the direct influence of physical exercise habit on negative low arousal academic emotion;The second is the indirect effect of physical exercise habit on negative low arousal emotions,that is,physical exercise can reduce negative low arousal emotions by improving the self-efficacy of managing negative emotions. |
