A Study On Crisis Early-Warning System In Higher Vocational College

Nowadays our country’s higher vocational colleges are renamed from the full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning and college in junior college except the major of normal, medicine, and the public security at the end of last century. The scale of internal students of higher vocational colleges is about ten million people, which is an important part of higher education in our country. With the scale of higher vocational colleges in the state is becoming better than ever, campus crisis is continuing to damage the students and faculty by the war of being disasters. In order to keep the normal order of teaching activities of the school, to eliminate the negative impact of sudden crisis, higher vocational colleges are trying to avoid risk with the existing early-warning tools, for avoid damage as much as possible. But judge from the effect of current early-warning, this work in higher vocational colleges have much problems in the effect of early-warning and the construction of early-warning system. So this article makes a breakthrough point by this reason, discusses on the way of higher vocational colleges build and improves the campus crisis early-warning mechanism.This article discriminates the relevant concepts of universities crisis management, discusses the universities crisis theory, lead to the theory of public crisis warning, then studies the present situation of higher vocational colleges early-warning system, discovers the problem of constructing and running of higher vocational colleges early-warning system. In order to combine field research and theory research, the author writes a separate chapter, comes up with structuring objectives, principles of higher vocational colleges early-warning system, and four countermeasures:improves the laws and regulations of campus in all level, constructs the powers and duties system of school crisis early-warning working, integrate the existing crisis early-warning system, establishes system of school crisis early-warning information.
